Terms & Conditions for Therapy Session Packages

 

1. Package Validity & Expiration

 

• All therapy session packages are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.

• Any unused sessions remaining after the 12-month period will expire and cannot be carried forward, refunded, or transferred.

 

2. Non-Transferability

 

• Therapy session packages are non-transferable. They cannot be shared, sold, or assigned to another person.

• Only the individual who purchased the package is eligible to redeem the sessions.

 

3. Scheduling & Cancellations

 

• Sessions can be booked one at a time and are subject to availability. 

• Cancellations or rescheduling must be made at least 24 hours in advance to avoid being charged for the session.

• Late cancellations or no-shows will result in a deduction of one session from the package.

 

4. Refunds

 

• Therapy packages are non-refundable, except in cases where therapy services cannot be provided due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., illness, emergency, etc.).

 

5. Session Duration & Delivery

 

• Each session will be as specified for the session type.  Please be aware this does include time for undressing/dressing and note taking.

• Sessions will be provided in the form of in-person attendance at Nailsea Physio Ltd or if a Home visit Package at the clients home. 

 

6. Modification of Terms

 

• The therapist reserves the right to modify or amend these Terms and Conditions, with prior notice given to the client.

 

7. Responsibility for Payment

 

• Payment for the therapy package is required at the first appointment or in advance.

• Bookings and Payment are to be made directly through reception at Nailsea Physio Ltd. 

 

8. Confidentiality

 

• All information shared during therapy sessions is treated with the strictest confidentiality, subject to exceptions outlined in professional and legal obligations. Please see our Privacy Policy for more details.
